Season 7, Episode 2: Homecoming

After a recap of events from “Full Circle” and “Fallen”, “Homecoming” begins. Jack and Samantha return to the SGC, but Daniel and Jonas are still onboard the mothership of Anubis. Jonas is held prisoner and an implant has been inserted into his brain in order for Anubis to discover certain things of interest, specifically details on Naquadria. Much to his horror, when Jonas looks out the window of the mothership he sees his home world, Kelowna. In the meantime, Ambassador Dreylock from Kelowna calls the SGC for help, saying that they are attacked by Anubis. At the same time, Teal’c is being held prisoner onboard Yu’s mothership. Yu’s First Prime explains to Teal’c that Yu is not well due to constant usage of the sarcophagus, since he is the oldest of the System Lords. He becomes paranoid, delusional and seems to forget battle plans. The First Prime must act quickly before all of the forces under Yu fall and Anubis becomes unstoppable.

Season 6, Episode 2: Redemption part 2

The tale told in “Redemption” continues. All the plots witnessed in the previous episode enter into the grimmest of tunnels. McKay has been brought from Russia to help Samantha with resolving the Stargate problem. He proposes a risky plan, but Samantha does not think that it is wise. Despite her thoughts, General Hammond has to take every possible way to divert a catastrophe, so he gives Samantha a deadline to think of a new solution or he will accept McKay’s plan. Meanwhile on Chulak, Teal’c and Bra’tac prepare for a mission to fight and stop Anubis, but Rya’c pressures them both to come along into battle. They concur, so they go to the planet where Anubis is, side by side. It is a high risk mission, but they have to take the risk. The planet is heavily guarded and their ship is quickly detected and attacked, so they get teleported to the surface of the planet. They are immediately attacked by the troops of Anubis, after which both Bra’tac and Teal’c get captured. Rya’c proves to be an ace up their sleeve when things get tough.

Season 5, Episode 3: Ascension

The opening scene of “Ascension” is quite breathtaking, as we see a vast city which lies in ruins. SG-1 arrived to investigate and they discover some kind of a device that Samantha thinks is a weapon of formidable power. Teal’c and Jack secure the area, leaving Daniel and Samantha to further investigate. Samantha senses that there is something in the room with her and Daniel later discovers her unconscious next to the weapon. The team returns to the SGC and Samantha is immediately sent to the infirmary. Luckily, it seems that she is just exhausted, so Dr. Fraiser recommends some time off. Samantha continues to be haunted by the unseen being at her home, but soon enough the creature takes human form. It calls itself Orlin and it says that it followed her through the Stargate while being cloaked. She quickly alarms SGC and a team is sent to investigate, but they find nothing that could indicate that anyone has been at her house. Teal’c is the first to think that Samantha is suffering from something more than just plain exhaustion.

Season 10, Episode 3: The Pegasus Project

The opening scene shows us the Odyssey ship as it exits the hyperspace into the Pegasus galaxy, arriving above Atlantis. As they approach the city, Elizabeth Weir sends them a greeting, informing them that they are to start with their mission as soon as possible. Cameron, Daniel, Samantha and Vala meet with Weir’s team where they discuss their plan to dial their Stargate and the Ori supergate, although McKay is suspicious. The idea is to move a second Stargate near the supergate and supply a burst of energy with nuclear warheads, forcing it to jump to the nearest possible gate, the supergate. The point is that they wish to link it to the black hole and force the supergate to remain open, preventing the Ori from creating a new wormhole. Daniel and Vala stay on Atlantis to start a research for Merlin references and the others head to the mission.

Season 9, Episode 3: Origin

The story told in “Avalon” continues in Origin. Vala, Daniel and the Ori Prime, as he introduces himself, arrive to the “Planes of Celestus” at the City of the Gods. They are left to wait in a chamber, while another Prior comes through the gate at another planet and says to the people “Hallowed are the Ori”. Meanwhile at the SGC, the bodies of Vala and Daniel are stable. General Landry orders Lam to figure out how to shut down the connection, no matter the cost, since he won’t allow the two to die. Landry later separates Teal’c from the others, so that he can tell him the little information he has on Gerak, later instructing him to arrange a meeting with the new head of the Council. Back at the chamber, the Prior returns to Vala and Daniel. Daniel tries to explain about the Ancients, while the Prior tags them as “unbelievers”.

Season 7, Episode 3: Fragile Balance

A teenager tried to enter the SGC using Jack’s pass card. Once they take him into custody for a break in using a stolen ID, the boy insists that he is Jack. He explains that he woke up this morning like this and just can’t explain it. To make matters worse, the “grownup” Jack can’t be found anywhere. No one believes him, so he tells every SG-1 member and Hammond certain details that only the team knows. An investigation is under way to get to the bottom of this and it is discovered that little Jack is actually a clone of the real Jack. Worse still, his body is shutting down somehow and he will die shortly if help can’t be found in the meantime.

Season 6, Episode 3: Descent

“Descent” starts with a recap from one of the previous episodes, namely “Revelations” when SG-1 aided the Asgard. Now, SG-1 along with Jacob/Selmak, Major Davis and a scientist go to investigate a deserted Goa’uld mothership which is orbiting around Earth. Once the team boards the ship it becomes apparent that it was a trap. The self destruct sequence is set to half way and Jaffa specialist troops are on board, further sabotaging the ship making it crash on Earth into the sea. Teal’c and Jonas, who stayed on the cargo ship, go back to the SGC to organize a rescue mission with a Deep Sea Rescue Vessel. On board the mothership, Samantha realizes that this is the ship of Anubis and that it is most likely being controlled by Thor, who wanted the ship to get in Earth’s hands, thus Anubis abandoned it and tried to use it as a Trojan horse.

Season 10, Episode 4: Insiders

There is a recap of a lot of events at the beginning, some being quite old, such as the time when Jack had the knowledge of the Ancients. When “Insiders” starts, Landry talks to SG-1, the team reporting about the research concerning Merlin’s weapon and that sadly the two possible addresses are false. Daniel believes the key is somewhere in Merlin’s library in Camelot. In the meantime, an enemy Goa’uld ship arrives heading directly toward the SGC base. The fighters engage the vessel and bring it down. The real shock is when the SG-1 arrives to the crash site and they realize that the pilot is Ba’al. He is imprisoned and questioned about his actions. Sam discovers that he has a locator beam on himself, but the base has a jamming technology which will prevent his escape. Ba’al says he will only talk to SG-1. It seems that his clones wish him dead, since they found out that they are disposable. Vala figures out that Ba’al wanted to conquer Dakara in order to use the weapon there and destroy all organic life, thus saving the galaxy, technically. In any case, he needs help and offers information concerning Merlin’s weapon in return.

Season 8, Episode 3: Lockdown

Samantha and Daniel watch from the SGC a Russian cosmonaut in Earth’s orbit as he is adjusting an international space station to avoid a part of debris which was left after the fight with Anubis. The debris is avoided, but transmission with the station has been lost and we see a smoke-like figure enter it. Later, Colonel Alexei Vaselov comes to the SGC and goes to talk to General O’Neil. He is eager to join SG-1, but Jack insists that he won’t be coming anywhere near the gate until he receives proper training. Once Daniel hears that the new Colonel arrived, he goes to talk to him, but Vaselov collapses during their conversation. When he wakes up he has no memory of how he got to SGC and has a lot of lesions. Later, Daniel is due to depart through the Stargate with a number of soldiers, but is stopped since the doctor advises that everyone who was in contact with Vaselov should stay. Once the gate is shut down, Daniel gets a panic attack and attacks a soldier and shoots two more, demanding for the gate to be turned on. Teal’c and Jack manage to neutralize him and soon Jack orders a complete lockdown of SGC.

Season 7, Episode 4: Orpheus

SG-1 runs back to the SGC from an off-world mission, a close-quarters withdrawal. The iris is open and staff weapon blasts come through the gate. SG-1 manages to pass through, as well as one Jaffa trooper, who shoots Teal’c in the stomach before being shot down himself. Teal’c collapses and everyone fear the worse. However, he slowly recovers in the infirmary thanks to the Tretonin which grants healing powers. It isn’t all well, since the blast went through his symbiote pouch and damaged his spine. It will take a lot of time and therapy for him to completely recover. In the meantime, Daniel is having a hard time remembering the events after he died, the time once he ascended.
